Do Z Shoes fit to standard size?

Our Originals run a 1/2 size small, while the Blackout edition is true to size. That means that if you are a size 9 you should order a 9 1/2 Original and a 9 Blackout.

Do Z Shoes come in any smaller or larger sizes than are listed on your website?

Unfortunately we only have the sizes listed as 'in stock', but we hope to add both smaller and larger sizes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! But please note that we are based in San Francisco, California. So international order will cost more than standard shipping.

How can I exchange for a different size?

You can email support@zshoesorganic.com and ask for either a return shipping label or to begin a refund process.

What's your return/exchange policy?

Z Shoes purchased on this site may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. International Orders excluded unless shipping is paid by customer on the return. Simply email support@zshoesorganic.com and receive a shipping label to send them back.
